With over 30 years in the ever-evolving world of real estate finance, I’ve built, bought, merged, and sold mortgage companies - each move rooted in one simple truth: success comes from relationships, not transactions.
I began my career on the front lines as a loan originator, knocking on doors and cold-calling leads. Along the way, I built sales teams responsible for closing hundreds of millions in residential and commercial real estate loans.
Today, I advise professionals, executive leaders, and organizations on how to unlock their full potential through financing strategy, sales leadership, and business performance coaching.
